TNW runs climate leadership programs for young college students who want to make a difference in environment conservation.The program includes climate workshop in which environmental experts give a talk show and interact with the youth on climate problems and solutions.This program is being run with the contribution of the interested youth to be a climate leader. This program is technically supported by Vajra Foundation and Nepal Forum of Environmental Journalists (NeFEJ).

Climate Watch Alliance (CWA) Nepal promotes the climate initiative of the climate leaders generated from the program.
